Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food and specialty grocery items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

​

In-Store shopping and Pick-Up Orders

Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of pickup. Once an order has been picked up, no refunds or returns will be issued.

​

Orders not picked up by the close of business on the next business day will be restocked and subject to a 10–15% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Shipped or Delivered Orders

If an order is shipped or delivered by a third-party carrier and arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within two (2) days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to review the issue before issuing a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
