Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food and specialty grocery items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of pickup, as no returns or refunds will be issued after pickup. Orders not picked up by the close of business on the next business day will be restocked and subject to a 10–15% restocking fee, with the remaining balance refunded. If an order is shipped or delivered by a third party and arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within two (2) days of delivery for review.
